Make this cute, attractive, and super festive Glitter Champagne Jello Shots and take your guests by surprise.
- In a pot combine 1 cup of champagne, ⅓ cup of sugar, and 2 tbsp lemon juice.
- Allow two packages of gelatin to bloom. Then refrigerate for 10 minutes.
- Add ½ cup vodka and ½ cup champagne.
- Pour it into a greased pan and refrigerate until set.
- Cut into pieces with a sharp knife, sprinkle glitter and enjoy.

Ingredients:
- ¼ cup pomegranate juice
- ¼ cup grapefruit juice
- ½ ounce lime juice
- 1 ounce simple syrup (or to taste)
- 2 ounces tequila blanco
- ½ cup club soda
- Salt for rimming the glass
- Pomegranate seeds and lime wedge for garnish
Instructions:
- Rim the glass: Rub a lime wedge around the rim of a glass and dip it in salt.
- Combine ingredients: In a shaker, combine pomegranate juice, grapefruit juice, lime juice, simple syrup, and tequila.
- Shake and strain: Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously for 15-20 seconds. Strain into your salt-rimmed glass.
- Top with club soda: Top off with club soda.
- Garnish: Garnish with a pomegranate seed and lime wedge.

- ½ ounce fresh lime juice

- Add vodka, Cointreau, cranberry juice, and lime juice.
- Shake vigorously for about 15 seconds.
- Strain into a chilled martini glass.
- Garnish with a lime wheel.

Ingredients:
- 1.5 ounces orange juice
- 3 ounces sparkling wine (Champagne, Prosecco, Cava, etc.)
- Fresh fruit for garnish (optional)
Instructions:
- Fill a champagne flute with ice.
- Pour in the orange juice.
- Top with sparkling wine.
- Garnish with fresh fruit, if desired.
Keep in mind that you can adjust the ratio of orange juice to sparkling wine as per your choice. If you prefer a sweeter mimosa, you can use more orange, on the other hand if you prefer a drier mimosa, use less orange juice.

Refreshing and effervescent, this bubbly drink, is one of my favorite cocktail recipes and its truly one of the most elegant drinks, I've ever tried.
The citrusy lemony taste and the strong gin adds a character to this cocktail making it a lively drinking experience.
Here's how I like to make one:
Ingredients:
- 1 ounce gin
- ½ ounce fresh lemon juice
- ½ ounce simple syrup
- 3 ounces Champagne or Prosecco
- Lemon twist for garnish
Instructions:
- Combine the gin, lemon juice, and simple syrup in a shaker with ice.
- Shake vigorously for 15-20 seconds.
- Strain into a chilled champagne flute.
- Top with Champagne or Prosecco.
- Garnish with a lemon twist.
08. Rosé Champagne Cocktail
Rosé Champagne Cocktail is a refreshing and elegant drink that is known for its beautiful rose color.
Its a simple and sophisticated cocktail, where you combine the subtle flavor of Rosé Champagne and combine it with sweet and tarty notes of raspberry syrup.
The fresh thyme and fragrant hibiscus makes it a drink for all special occasions.
Here's how I like to make delicious and refreshing Rosé Champagne Cocktail:
Ingredients:
- ½ cup fresh raspberries
- ¼ cup simple syrup
- 1 bottle chilled rosé Champagne or Prosecco
- Fresh thyme sprig for garnish
Instructions:
- Make the raspberry syrup: In a small saucepan, combine the raspberries and simple syrup. Simmer over low heat for 5-10 minutes, or until the raspberries are soft and mashed. Strain the mixture through a fine mesh sieve, discarding the solids.
- Chill the rosé: Place the bottle of rosé Champagne or Prosecco in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes or until chilled.
- Assemble the cocktails: Fill champagne flutes with ice. Add 1-2 tablespoons of raspberry syrup to each glass. Top with chilled rosé Champagne or Prosecco. Garnish with a fresh thyme sprig and a raspberry.
09. Negroni
If you love the combination of Bold and Bitter, then a classic Negroni with equal parts of gin, campari, and sweet vermouth, served over ice with an orange peel is super awesome.
Here's how I make Negroni at home:-
Ingredients:
- 1 ounce gin
- 1 ounce Campari
- 1 ounce sweet vermouth
- Orange peel for garnish
Instructions:
- Combine the ingredients: In a mixing glass filled with ice, add the gin, Campari, and sweet vermouth.
- Stir well: Stir the mixture until well-chilled.
- Strain into a rocks glass: Strain the cocktail into a rocks glass filled with fresh ice.
- Garnish: Express the oils from an orange peel over the drink and drop the peel into the glass.
Make sure your gin, campari, and vermouth are of the highest quality. It greatly affects your drink. If you prefer a strong Negroni, increase the amount of gin.
Here's some variations - Negroni Sbagliato (with Prosecco instead of gin) and the Boulevardier (with bourbon instead of gin)
10. Pink Peppermint martini
Well, the holiday season is over, but the holiday fervor isn't.
Keeping that in mind, I thought, why not try this cute Pink Peppermint Martini.
Creamy, and sweet Pink Peppermint Martini has got a strong peppermint flavor, and the garnish of crushed candy canes adds a festive touch to the drink.
Here's how I like to make a Pink Peppermint Martini at home:
Ingredients:
- 1 ounce vodka
- 1 ounce white creme de cacao
- ½ ounce peppermint schnapps
- A few drops of pink food coloring
- Crushed candy canes, for garnish
Instructions:
- Chill your glassware: Place your martini glass in the freezer for a few minutes to chill.
- Combine ingredients: In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, add the vodka, white creme de cacao, peppermint schnapps, and a few drops of pink food coloring.
- Shake and strain: Shake vigorously for about 10-15 seconds. Strain the mixture into the chilled martini glass.
- Garnish: Dip the rim of the glass in a shallow dish of water, then dip it in crushed candy canes to create a festive rim.
