1. Squats
Squats - Traditional Squats is something which you've got to embrace if you want to make your bum bigger faster.
But, you've got to do it right in case you want to grow that bum.
The idea is to embrace your breath in your core (abs area) while you squat down.
Hold your breath and lift yourself up.

- Lay on your back and fold your knees.
- Make sure the resistance band is right above your knees.
- Lift your hip up and spread your quads wide.
- Slowly bring your quads close to each other and bring your hip down.

You can try Leg up abduction. It's the same exercise where you'll lift your hip up and then you'll just lift one leg up creating tension on your quads, and thighs.

4. Glute Kickbacks
