How to Make a Bunny Sugar Cookie?
This Bunny cookie recipe is inspired by Martha Stewart. To make this, first of all, you must gather these ingredients.
Ingredients:
- 2 stick unsalted and softened butter
- ¾ cup sugar
- 1 Teaspoon Pure Vanilla Extract
- ½ Teaspoon coarse salt
- 1 Large Egg white
- 3-cups all-purpose flour
Step-By-Step Recipe
- In a bowl beat sugar until it is creamy in texture. Now beat the vanilla, salt and egg white and add some food coloring. Now keep adding flour and keep mixing until it is nicely mixed. You should consider adding the flour slowly at a time.
- To create one single bunny you have to roll 1 tablespoon dough in between your palms and create a 1-inch oval. Take the help of sharp kitchen shears to carve out bunny ears about ½ inch from the front.
- Use the toothpick to make holes in the place of eyes and freeze them for about an hour.
- Now pre-heat the oven to 350 degrees and bake your bunnies till they are golden brown on the bottom for 22 to 25 minutes.
