So, basically here is a use of broccoli, olives, sliced green, red and yellow bell peppers, guacamole and carrots. So the hat of the Leprechaun is made with broccoli. Then the belt in the leprechaun is made with yellow bell pepper. The eyes are made with guacamole and the beard is done with carrots. I think the carrots have been sliced and given a rough cuts on the back to make it look more original.
