When the clock ticks to a New Year and it's time to turn the page in the calendar, we are always thinking about New Years Resolution.
There are many cliched things which we have heard like practice this and do that but most of them stick with us for practically not more than 5 days into the new year.
This has actually happened with me. I don't know how committed you are but after 5-6 days or at least a week we forget about it and we are back to square one.
But that doesn't have to be when you set realistic goals for yourself.
Instead of chasing big dreams focus on small things that makes you happy. Such as writing a journal everyday. Drinking more water. Practicing self care. Forgiving yourself for not standing up to other people's standards and expectations.
