So, last month I was reading a Things to do in Jaipur Blog, and it was then, that I found myself strangely attracted to this city. Things to do in Jaipur are mostly that related to the royal history of India as it's the Capital of the princely state of Rajasthan. The Charbagh garden is an example of the Persian style of gardens, where Gardens are divided into 4 parts. The Jaigarh Fort is situated on the Cheel Ka Teels (Hill of Eagle) on the Aravali Range and is at a height of 400m above the Amer Fort. It was primarily built to protect the Amer Fort. The idea behind the creation of the Hawa Mahal was to enable the women to observe the daily activities and festivities of the city, without being seen by the Public (Since they had to abide by the Purdah system).
