Step 1: Set Up Your Workspace
The first thing you have to accomplish is to prepare your workspace set to begin with fusing the glass. Make sure you have all the equipment and tools required to fuse the glass. You must set up your kiln shelves by using a mini Kiln wash. You could also decorate the shelf with firing paper.
Step 2: Make Your Glass
The next step is cutting the glass into desired forms.
You can also grind the edges until you get clean lines. This is not required. Be sure that the glass is clear of fingerprints or smudges prior to you beginning your procedure.
If there are some dirt or dust particles on the glass and then when it enters the kiln for firing, smudges might be lit up, leaving ugly marks on the glass.
Step 3: Put the pieces together. Glass
In this phase, you'll have to put your COE90 glass inside the incinerator. Make sure that the glass isn't too close to the projects that are adjacent or to an edge to the shelving. If you're creating an intricate layout, it is strongly recommended to join the pieces.

Step 4: Fire Up Your Piece
In this process, you must fire the kiln at a suitable temperature. When you take your fused glass out of the kiln ensure that the glass fused is totally cool.
Step 5: Verify the fused glass
This is the perfect moment to take a look at the work of art fused into glass. Be sure to check the edges for sharp or rough edges.
Make sure to grind the edges when you encounter sharp edges. Start at the back with an edge stone or diamond pad as you proceed ahead.
Step 6. Glass Slumping
The final step is slumping. Put the glass pieces delicately on the mold and heat to a temperature that allows for slumping.
If not, the artwork is either finished or is ready for display. Make sure you clean the glass fused and take care when handling it.
