Easter is nothing like Easter without some cute Easter desserts. Yeah, we can go without Easter cookies or cupcakes, but even thinking of Easter without cakes makes me sad. So, to shoo away my sadness I have decided that I am going to bake carrot cakes for my Easter party. Carrots and bunnies are an integral part of Easter.
