Easter is nothing like Easter without some cute Easter desserts. Yeah, we can go without Easter cookies or cupcakes, but even thinking of Easter without cakes makes me sad. So, to shoo away my sadness I have decided that I am going to bake carrot cakes for my Easter party. Carrots and bunnies are an integral part of Easter. I have already decided on a bunny cake and now its time to bake some Easter themed carrot cakes.

Easter Cakes must have that cheerful vibe to them. I mean they should be decorated in a way that spells out happiness, new beginnings, and liveliness. Isn't it? I wait for Easter cakes all around the year. In fact, I wait to click selfies with it and upload it on my Instagram & Facebook profile. Moreover, I really love that time when the carrot cake is slowly getting baked and I am a little worried and a little excited hoping it turns out good and at the same time my house smells of deliciously baked carrots that just can just be experienced and not described.
