What are the Ingredients For the Chicken Tikka Masala Recipe?
- 6 cloves of garlic
- ½ cup Yogurt
- 4 teaspoon ginger grated
- 2 teaspoon cumin powder
- 2teaspoon coriander paste
- 2 teaspoon Garam Masala
- Almost 2 Pound or 1kg boneless Chicken Breast
- 4 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 5 tablespoon Ghee or clarified butter
- 2 chopped onion
- 7 Pods of Cardamom
- ¼ cup tomato puree
- 3 Dried red chilies or 2 teaspoons red chili powder
- 2 cups of cream

Now let us gets our hand dirty for all the good reason
How to cook Chicken Tikka Masala?
- First, take a clean plate or bowl and put in your washed chicken.
- Take your yogurt, garam masala, salt, cumin powder, red chili powder, turmeric powder and marinate it over your chicken.
- Make a paste of your ginger and garlic and add it into the marination.
- Now keep the marination in the freezer for 2-3 hours or overnight.
- Put in the Ghee - clarified butter - along with some oil in a large wok. Then throw in your onions and tomato puree along with the cardamom pods and chilies.
- Let it cook on medium flame until the onions turn golden brown and the tomato puree starts reducing.
- Keep stirring for some time more.
- If you see browning at the base of the wok, scrape it out.
- Now after almost 10 minutes of cooking in medium heat, add two cups of thick cream and keep stirring in a very low flame for quite some time until the gravy thickens.
- Give it some time to cook. Do not hurry!
- Now simply take out your grilled chicken and cut them into chunks and throw it with love into your gravy.
