The National Capital city is my second favorite choice for the best places to visit in India in January 2019. Delhi can be seen at its best only in the month of January. From spending time in the Mughal Gardens to chatting lazily during the afternoon with your friend near India Gate there is so much you can do when you're in Delhi in January.
