Things to do in Novi Sad (Serbia)
#1. Enjoy a Walk to the Petrovaradin Fortress
Overlooking the peaceful Danube River with a line of shops and cafes beside it, Petrovaradin Fortress is located in a charming setting. I really loved soaking in the history of the place. What I found interesting here are the Reversed clock on the clock tower and the fascinating Exit festival. Take a walk there and enjoy the food in a restaurant within the fortress. It serves delicious food. You can take a guide and walk into the catacombs beneath the fortress while you learn the majestic history behind the fortress.

Sing along with the cheerful and colorful birds or feed the ducks in the lake or just stroll around soaking in the beauty of nature in a cold autumn morning or a warm summer evening. Once you get tired grab a drink and head to a shade and let your mind browse through an intriguing novel in the blissful company of nature. Do try the dumplings there. I liked it, I hope you'll like it too.
